In the veterinary profession, contact with the public and customer service occupies 50% of the functions. That is why intuition, observation and communication skills are paramount to success. Also, the emotional connection established with the staff will be a decisive factor for customer loyalty. Finally, by improving overall communication in the work set, stress and burnout can be strongly reduced.
In module 2 you will learn how to address budget, costs, and billing issues with your clients at the same time you convey confidence, ethics and professionalism.
