Communication for Veterinary Practices
In the veterinary profession, contact with the public and customer service occupies 50% of the functions. That is why intuition, observation and communication skills are paramount to success. Also, the emotional connection established with the staff will be a decisive factor for customer loyalty. Finally, by improving overall communication in the work set, stress and burnout can be strongly reduced.
In module 1 you will learn the basics of non-verbal communication, the rules for comprehensive speech, and the emotional intelligence tools that are most helpful to generate trust in a pet owner and ease overall communication.
