Communication for Veterinary Practices
In the veterinary profession, contact with the public and customer service occupies 50% of the functions. That is why intuition, observation and communication skills are paramount to success. Also, the emotional connection established with the staff will be a decisive factor for customer loyalty. Finally, by improving overall communication in the work set, stress and burnout can be strongly reduced.
In module 3 you will be given tools for managing conflicts, complaints and other unpleasant situations typical of such an emotional working environment as a veterinary practice.
