Recording of data

Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data requested to take part in the platform are name and surname, email address and country. That permits us to filter you depending on the contents and also send newsletter informing of new contents in our platform.  Apart from that primary data we also request for secondary additional information as species of interest, phone number, address and work centre. These second list of personal information is optional to fill and it is not necessary to fill in order to take part in the platform. To take part in the platform we also asked to accept the Privacy policy and Legal notes. Moreover, we ask if you are interested to receive a newsletter on new contents in the E-learning platform and also the option to receive commercial information from LIVISTO Group. These two last options are not necessary to accept to take part or LIVISTO In-Practice. Personal data are collected only if you make them available to us on your own initiative. The personal data that you communicate to us are processed only for correspondence with you and for the purpose for which you made the data available to us. You may object to this use of personal data at any time. The database and its contents remain with our company and our provider. Your personal data will not be made available by us to third parties in any form unless we have obtained your consent or an official injunction to do so.

If requested in writing, we will inform you about what data we have stored about you as a person. You have the right to check all personal data stored with us and to have them rectified if, in your opinion, they are out of date or incorrect.
